Mattis would confer over new Baltic strategy
Senate Armed Services Committee Chairman John McCain says after a visit to the Baltics and Ukraine they were concerned about the US commitment to them, wanting a permanent military presence, Defense Secretary nominee Jim Mattis saying the new national security team confirmed would be consulted for a coherent strategy of diplomacy and military.
