Rod Rosenstein asserts Justice not in contempt of Congress over FISA inquiry
Deputy Attorney General says at a House Judiciary Committee hearing on 2016 investigations that the DOJ not being able to immediately respond to Congressional requests is not grounds to be held in contempt, and that the Rosenstein and his team are not in contempt with Congress.
