A major battalion of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) Air Force is now equipped with the country's most advanced independently developed J-20 fighter jets, in a bid to boost its combat capabilities, according to a PLA Air Force spokesperson. The J-20 is China's fourth-generation medium- and long-range fighter aircraft. It was commissioned into air force combat service in 2018. (Footage by CCTV+)
