Pinjaram, also known as Penyaram or Kuih UFO , is a traditional kuih or snack of the Bajau people in Sabah , Malaysia as well as the Brueneian Malays of Brunei . The main ingredients for this snack are rice flour, corn flour, coconut milk , brown sugar and a pinch of salt. The ingredients are mixed together to create a batter which is then fried in small batches. This snack is goes well with coffee.
