(Original Caption) 9/5/1983-San Miguel, El Salvador-Pedestrians pull themselves up by ropes at the Urbina Bridge, which was blown down 9/4 by leftist guerrillas in a major attack on San Miguel, the country's third-biggest city. The blast at the bridge cut the main highway between San Miguel and the Honduran border.
