Passengers sit in a newly launched Pak Business Express train prior to departure in Lahore on February 3, 2012. Pakistani Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani said the launch of the Pak Business Express train is a significant step forward and a successful example of public-private partnership to offer modern facilities to railway passengers. Pak Business Express train with nine business class coaches started its first official operation to the port city of Karachi from Lahore on February 3. It is pertinent to inform that it is the first ever project of the railways which has been launched under the policy of public-private partnership and a private company named Four Brothers will be responsible for providing facilities in the train.
