(Original Caption) 2/7/1987-Miami, Florida- About four hundred Haitians marched and rallied in the streets fo downtown Miami to mark the anniversary fo their country's freedom from dictator Jean-Claude Duvalier. The rally was organized by the Committee Against CNG (the Haitian Transition government), calling today the Second Liberation Day, the first being February 7, 1986 when Duvalier and his family fled Haiti to exile in France.
