CAM RANH BAY NAVAL BASE, VIETNAM-JANUARY 11, 2013: In 2010, Vietnam Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung announced an agreement with the U.S. to grant foreign navies access to the Cam Ranh Bay Naval Base, which is now undergoing renovation. Navies from all countries will be allowed to use the commercial repair facilities at Cam Ranh but will not be allowed to establish a permanent presence.
