NOV 20 1958, NOV 22 1958 Denver Court Gets Fourth Traffic Award Mayor Will Nicholson accepts on behalf of Denver Municipal Court the American Bar Assn.'s 1957-58 first-place award for "Outstanding progress in the improvement of traffic court practices and procedures."
