Lebanon has issued an arrest warrant for the Libyan leader over Sadr's disappearance, officials in Beirut said on August 27, 2008. Kadhafi was also indicted for allegedly "inciting the abduction" of Imam Mussa Sadr, investigating magistrate Samih el-Hajj said in a charge sheet.
