Club-swinging police break up small demonstration at San Francisco State College here December 3rd. Violence flared about an hour after classes resumed for the second day under the ‘get-tough’ administration of acting President S. I. Hayakawa. Eight youths and two girls were arrested outside the Business and Social Science building during the clash in which some of the demonstrators were bloodied.
