SAFRICA-CAPETOWN-CHILDREN-CRIME-MEDITATION
A child at Rosewood Primary school takes part in a free meditation class, organised by an organisation called I Meditate Africa, on June 10, 2016, in Bonteheuwel, a suburb with significant gangsterism problems, about 10Km from the centre of Cape Town. I Meditate is a volunteer-based non-profit organisation devoted to teaching meditation, as part of peace building, especially at schools and other educational institutions in highly stressful environments. According to the South African Police Services, earlier in the morning a 15 year-old boy was shot less than a kilometre from this school.
