Within a few hours after his arrest last night, Vincent Coll was named as one of Harlem's Baby Butchers. He was nabbed with a lieutenant and two gun molls in a West 23d Street hotel after detectives bagged three of his mob here, and three more near Troy, N.Y., after a pistol battle. When detectives caught him, Coll trembled, believing they were Dutch Schultz killers.
