Coastal Carpet Python Admitted To Hospital After Eating Ceramic Egg

The snake ingested a ceramic egg by accident thinking it was a real egg after a local farmer left it in his chicken coop to encourage his chickens to produce more eggs. After initially eating a real egg, the snake saw the ceramic egg and unfortunately ate that too. Australia's largest mobile wildlife hospital was created providing full-time veterinary care for injured and sick native wildlife free of charge. They continue to give wildlife in crisis the quality care they deserve and to create a dedicated war chest of funding to deploy the hospital's newly customised semi-trailer veterinary hospital to provide urgent care to threatened and injured Australian animals wherever there happens to be a wildlife emergency in Australia.
