(Original Caption) After serving four years of a 20 year sentence for the slaying of George Alberts engineer aboard the freighter Port Lobos, Frank Connor (left) and Earl King, members of the Marine Firemen's Union, leave San Quentin on parole. Alberts was killed in an asserted "goon squad" beating during a union dispute.
